Webinar: Self-insight as a way to psychological security

*By registering for the webinar, you allow us to stay in touch.

Understand the importance of emotional intelligence

How can we better understand ourselves and each other and create a work environment based on psychological safety?

In this webinar, Ida and Jonas will introduce you to four core elements of emotional intelligence — self-insight, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills.

Emotional intelligence is essential to create a work environment in which everyone dares to participate, share ideas and admit mistakes. When we have self-insight, we can understand our own reactions.

With self-regulation, we can avoid impulsive outbursts, empathy enables us to put ourselves in the place of others, and strong social skills help us build relationships characterized by trust and respect.

Together, these abilities form the foundation for creating a psychologically safe culture in the workplace.

You will get inspiration and tools to:

  • Increase your self-awareness so that you better understand your reactions and patterns.
  • Improve your self-regulation so that you can choose a constructive response over an impulsive one.
  • Develop your empathy by putting yourself in the place of others and gaining insight into their perspectives.
  • Strengthen your social skills by using active listening to create confidence in communication.

This webinar is for you, as:

  • Want to contribute to a workplace where everyone can express themselves freely
  • Want to create a culture where everyone can learn from each other
  • Want a workplace where development takes place in addition to a psychologically safe workplace

Regardless of your role in the workplace, you will gain inspiration and concrete tools to promote a psychologically safe culture.

The webinar will take place on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 10.05-10.55
.
