How does it work?
The Team Sessions is video-based. It consists of 3 video workshops of 2 hours each for the whole team plus 3 short videos for the team leader. These videos prepare the team leader to conduct the team sessions and support the team in their journey of learning.

Tallene kan give de fleste HR-ledere sved på panden, men det var lettere, end man skulle tro. En af vores kunder i finanssektoren har en forretningsenhed med 800 medarbejdere. Topledelsen prioriterer psykologisk tryghed højt:

Men hvordan gør man det i praksis?
Metoden: Digital facilitering gennem ledere
De brugte vores digitale forløb, hvor lederne blev klædt på til at facilitere teamsessioner i deres teams. Processen fulgte disse trin:
1. Måling før start: En engagement survey blev gennemført for at måle udgangspunktet.
2. Træning af ledelsen: De øverste ledelseslag deltog i fysiske workshops for at blive klar til at udrulle de digitale teamforløb.
3. Tidsafgrænsning: En deadline blev sat for, hvornår alle teams skulle have gennemført deres workshops.
4. Erfaringsdeling: Midtvejs blev et townhall-møde afholdt, hvor ledere delte erfaringer.
5. Fælles sprog og værktøjer: Medarbejderne gennemførte de sidste workshops og styrkede den psykologiske tryghed.
6. Måling af effekt: En ny engagement survey viste markant fremgang på fire nøglespørgsmål:

Resultaterne
Teams, der gennemførte forløbet, oplevede markant fremgang. Forretningsområder uden lignende initiativer så ingen tilsvarende udvikling.
Hvad så nu?
Topledelsen ser tydelige resultater, men ved, at kulturændring kræver vedholdende indsats. De er godt på vej – men kun lige begyndt.
Sådan styrkede forvaltning i Odense Kommune den psykologiske tryghed
Ældre- og Handicapforvaltningen i Odense Kommune ønskede at styrke psykologisk tryghed blandt deres ledere for at forbedre kommunikation og samarbejde. Selvom lederteamet var engageret i kontinuerlig forbedring, oplevede de udfordringer med at implementere psykologisk tryghed, hvilket påvirkede deres evne til at kommunikere åbent og samarbejde effektivt med medarbejderne.
Identificerede udfordringer:
Forskellige opfattelser af psykologisk tryghed: Mange ledere mente, at niveauet af psykologisk tryghed allerede var højt, men gennem forløbet opdagede de, at opfattelserne varierede, og at der var behov for bedre afstemning.
Ensomhed i lederrollen: Lederne manglede et trygt forum til at dele bekymringer og udveksle erfaringer, hvilket førte til en følelse af isolation i deres roller.
Mangel på struktur og feedback: Lederes møder og dialoger manglede struktur og målrettethed, hvilket reducerede effektiviteten og begrænsede mulighederne for konstruktiv feedback.
Implementerede løsninger:
I samarbejde med Feedwork udviklede forvaltningen et digitalt teamforløb bestående af moduler, workshops, ledersparring og rådgivning. Forløbet involverede 200 ledere på fem niveauer og blev indledt i chefgruppen, hvor den administrerende direktør faciliterede processen. Derefter blev det videreført af niveau 3-ledere til deres underordnede ledere. Lederne blev støttet med vejledningsvideoer og strukturerede guider til at facilitere forløbet i deres egne teams.
Resultater:
Fælles sprog og forståelse: Forløbet gav lederne et fælles sprog omkring psykologisk tryghed, hvilket forbedrede deres forståelse og evne til at implementere det i praksis.
Styrkede relationer og trivsel: Den øgede psykologiske tryghed blandt lederne førte til bedre relationer og trivsel, hvilket forventes at påvirke medarbejderne positivt.
Forbedret kommunikation og samarbejde: Lederne blev mere åbne over for at dele udfordringer og erfaringer, hvilket fremmede en kultur af åben dialog og samarbejde.
Samlet set har Ældre- og Handicapforvaltningen i Odense Kommune gennem Feedworks digitale teamforløb formået at styrke den psykologiske tryghed blandt deres ledere. Dette har ikke kun forbedret ledernes interne relationer og trivsel, men har også skabt en stærkere og mere sammenhængende organisationskultur, der forventes at gavne hele forvaltningen fremadrettet.

How much time does the program require from the leader and the team?
The team will participate in three team sessions of 2 hour each, in total approximately 6 hours. Additionally, the leader's or facilitator's preparation will take a total of approximately 1 hour.

The program has been tested with teams ranging from 2 to 25 employees and works perfectly well with teams of that size. In the facilitator guide, we provide guidance on how to facilitate for both large and small teams.
